How Pet Removal Works
Most families bring their pet to us in Norman or Shawnee. Others ask us to come to them. You also decide how your pet's cremains return to you. Here is what each choice involves and where a fee applies.
Bring Your Pet to Us
We prefer that you bring your pet to our Norman facility. Drop-off adds no cost, and our team can begin care as soon as you arrive.
Home Pickup
If you cannot travel, we will come to your home across central Oklahoma and collect your pet. A pickup fee applies and depends on the distance.
Getting the Ashes Back
You choose how the cremains come home. Collect them at our facility at no charge, or we will return them to your door for an added fee.
