How Pet Removal Works
We prefer that you drop your pet off at our Norman or Shawnee location, and most families do. If you cannot travel, we will come to you. You also decide how your pet's cremains return to you. Here is what each choice involves and where a fee applies.
Bring Your Pet to Us
Our preferred option. Drop your pet off at either our Norman or our Shawnee location. Drop-off adds no cost, and our team can begin care as soon as you arrive.
Home Pickup
If you cannot travel, we will come to your home across central Oklahoma and collect your pet. A pickup fee applies, based on the distance we travel and on your pet's weight and size.
Getting the Ashes Back
You choose how the cremains come home. Collect them at our facility at no charge, or we will return them to your door for an added fee.
A note on pricing: any additional cost for pet removal is based on your pet's weight and size, along with how far we travel to you. Call us with your pet's approximate weight and we will give you a clear figure before anything is arranged.
